Elizabeth Jane Hurley was an English model, actress, and television personality who gained fame during the 90s, when she became Hugh Grant's girlfriend. In 1994 as Grant gained worldwide media attention due to the global box office success of his film Four Weddings and a Funeral Hurley accompanied him to the film's Los Angeles premiere in a stunning black Versace gown, which was pinned together by the gold safety pins, which earned her instant media notice. I Kissed a Girl became an international number-one single because of its mix of titillation with a polished melody. The song also assisted her to sell more albums, including The One of the Boys. Hot N Cold is a well-known second track. Perry also wrote a lot of the lyrics for the album.
